Compression Tester

“NOBLE” COMPRESSION TESTING MACHINES:

Are designed for determining the compressive strength of cement, concrete cubes, cylinders and another masonry products.

The hydraulic jack is centrally located on a robust base and both the compression platens are hardened, ground and polished to plane finish. The bottom compression platen is provided with guidelines with circular and diagonal lines for placing the test specimen co/axial with the hydraulic jack.

The upper platen having spherical seating is attached to the top crosses head with self-aligning adjustment for uniform bearing on the test specimen.

A calibrated hydraulic pressure gauge is provided for easy, accurate and reliable reading of the test results.

Series NPT :

Manually operated, compact, self-contained, space saving, portable with four pillars and one hydraulic pressure gauge.

Capacity Available: UP TO 2,000KN/400,00 Lbs / 200,000 Kgs.

Series NDM :

Manually operated, floor mounted with choice loading unit of channel type, two-piller type or four-pillar type.

Capacity Available: UP TO 2000KN/400,000 Lbs /200,000 Kgs.

Series NLT :

Electrically operated, floor mounted with manual mode of operation incorporated with Single, Double or Three calibrated hydraulic pressure gauges.

Capacity Available: UP TO 5000 KN/1000,000 Lbs/500,000 Kgs.

NOTE : Series NLT can be provided with 415 Volts, 3 Phase 50 Hz AC or 230 Volts, Single Phase, 50 Hz, AC electric motor.

For Capacity 500 tone and above only 440/3 phase Motor is recommended.
